Installation
Get from zero to a configured Jule workspace in a few minutes. No local tooling required. Everything runs in the browser.
Create your account
Sign up for a Jule account with your work email. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate.
Create a workspace
After verifying, you're prompted to name your workspace. A workspace maps 1:1 to an Iterable account and holds all your projects, team members, and analytics. Choose a name that matches your brand — it appears in preference center URLs and unsubscribe pages.
Invite your team
Go to Settings → Users → Invite. Enter email addresses and assign a role. Each role ships with default permissions that can be customized in Settings → Roles.
| Role | Default access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, workspace deletion, and API key management. |
| Admin | All project and integration settings. Cannot delete the workspace or change billing. |
| Editor | Create, edit, and publish projects. Cannot touch integration keys or user management. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to projects and analytics. |
Connect Iterable
Go to Settings → Integrations and paste your Iterable API key. This unlocks real-time audience sync and triggered campaigns. See Connect Iterable for the full walkthrough.
